Kapil Sharma is an Indian Standup comedian who has made his name in most of the houses both within and outside India. 1. Kapil Sharma's original name is Kapil Punj, he changed his name because he thought that Sharma's name is suitable for his character and all Indians would be better connect through this name.

2. Kapil during his high school and college days used to work part-time in many places, he also worked in PCO, cloth store, and general store.

3. Kapil wants to become a singer since his childhood but music has not been taken much seriously in his college, so he joined theatre thinking that he can learn acting and practice music there.
