At the age of 12, staying in his home he created a game with his domestic computer, and later he sold it the first time for $500 to an Online company. Elon Musk is the founder, CEO, CTO, and chief designer of SpaceX, CEO and Product Architect of Tesla Motors, founder of the Boring Company, co-founder of Neuralink, and co-founder of OpenAI. Elon is a man who wants to live not for himself but for the world, to make it better. He founded Solar city which works for the creation of sustainable energy, he founded Tesla motors which works on sustainable energy consumption.

He is a self-taught programmer and a Rocket Scientist. He never took any formal education in rocket science but understood everything only by reading books. Elon was a bookworm since childhood, he by reading books created a deep vision, obsession, persistence at a very young age to change the world.

Elon's belief is if you wanted to make your team do exceptional work then the team must be very powerful. Hire the best person for the job on the first try, a mediocre person is unable to do a work believes that the work is impossible, but Musk's thinking is that we have to achieve the result in any case so try another way, more ways. We do not have to change our goal but the strategy to achieve the goal.

He passed the whole of his childhood by staying in his home alone studying for 10-15 hours per day, worked all 7 days of the week, put on unreasonable, uncompromisable expectations from himself. He used to expect things that nobody else could on himself, he says that he does not want to do what can be possible, but do what is necessary to be done.

• Elon and his brother Kimbal launched a software company in 1995 called Zip2. Started with his father's money but later got external funding, the board of Directors goes on increasing but then due to his young age and less experience he has been removed from the company by the Board Director's. Later due to the Dotcom Bubble burst in 2000 the company has been sold to Compaq, which consists of 7% of Elon's share from which he raised $22 Million.

• He can keep those 22 million dollars and live a rich life, traveling, enjoying as he was young but started making investments and instantly started X.com which was an online transaction of an online banking company, later X.com and confinity made a clash but they merge afterward forming a new company PayPal. But he was fired from this company also by the directors due to an argument with the CTO(chief technical officer of PayPal). Then he came out with 165Million US dollars and thought to start life on Mars.

• Elon Musk believed that he can start life on Mars, firstly he will grow plants and trees, and start sending people to live there. So he went to Russia and thought to make arrange rockets, they proposed him an offer of 8 Million Dollars which was a too high priced, he came back and thought to start his own company so he started reading and founded SpaceX. At that time Henry Ford created a commercially automobile viable industry, Musk said that if Henry could make automobile travel commercially viable why can't he make space travel commercially viable? The company in Russia offered a very high price for one rocket, so he thought to make reusable rockets. No-one came forward to help him earlier because no one believed his vision, the issue is not to send the rocket in the orbit but to send the rocket at a very low cost and then call back it to the earth to reuse it further.

• The first try of sending a reusable rocket fails and the rocket was blasted while starting. When tried for the second time, the rocket flies to space but not reached orbit and go off route, and the third-time rocket went off routes as soon as it went into space. These 3 tries cause Elon a very heavy loss and he nearly went bankrupt, but he didn't lose hope and told everyone to give one more try. He made a crazy announcement to launch another rocket in few months. But this time not only he succeed but won a contract of 1.5 Billion Dollars from NASA. Now he supplies Equipment, cargo, satellite.

• All this is going on and he invested in Tesla Motors, get involved with them, became CEO of the company, and took the vision to create electric vehicles with Tesla. The first car build was double the cost than expected that is $109,000 so the car failed to sell, 2nd time cost lowers but 3rd time the cost came was the actual reasonable cost required to build one such car.

He faced several problems before in SpaceX, PayPal, x.com he faced challenges in every aspect of life where he went but he never falls back. He used to say that Failure is an Option. Now he has been one of the most powerful leaders on the planet, he has become the second richest person on the planet and might soon be the richest too. 3-When something is Important enough you do it even if the odds are not in your favor- the quote is saying that you do things that are important knowing that it consists of a lot of problems, which means you know that taking this step is a risk but you do the work because it has importance. For exp- if you are in a jungle and dying of thirst, you will not sit there and give silly excuses about why there is no river or lake around. What will you do? You will go off in search of water even if you are in a very bad condition and you know that chances of a river nearby are not much but still, you go in search of water because finding water carries importance to you.
